3 bed/2 bath Duplex (semi-flexible start dates) Rental

Looking for individual(s) to take over my lease for a 3 bed, 2 bath duplex. Master bedroom has attached bathroom while individuals in remaining 2 bedrooms would have to share remaining bathroom. The duplex is right across the street from Boomer Lake... with a 2-car garage, fenced in yard separate from the neighbors, and washer/dryer in unit. The common areas include living room and kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Master bedroom also comes with a television. The duplex is pet friendly with a $25 monthly pet fee. Rent is $1425 per month + utilities. Utilities include water, electricity, gas, trash/recycling removal, and internet (all of which have already been set up and I am more than happy to show you how to switch to your name). I am willing to part with a lot of the furniture if you are interested as I will be moving out of state and it will be difficult to move with most of the furniture. While I am looking for someone to take over starting August 1st, my current roommate is moving out on June 15th, so if 1-2 people need to move in sooner, there is the potential to accommodate that although I would still be living there as well.
